Sheet Metal Parts

We can manufacture sheet metal parts as per customer’s specifications and requirements. And possess the facility to manufacture any type of complex shapes. We use the latest Laser cutting technology as a substitute to the conventional technology of sheet metal component and fabrication manufacturing.
Our components have been used in various industries like automotive, electronics and defence. With our highly equipped tool room and press machines, we are capable of manufacturing almost anything which can be fabricated from sheet metal.

Foundry Tooling

We have sound expertise in the design and prototyping of automatic moulding tooling for economical casting in the foundry industry. These are implemented at the early prototype stage, allowing a seamless transition from prototype through to production tooling and reducing the time it takes to bring products to market.
Our pattern makers and CNC machinists have extensive experience making foundry patterns and core boxes and have the ability to make moulds and cores in-house in line with your specifications. This helps us to cater to quick delivery of master patterns from 3D model to foundry industry.


We manufacture forgings for different industries including open die forgings, close-die forgings and rolled ring forgings. Materials range from aluminium, alloy steel, carbon steel, copper, copper alloys, high temperature alloys steel, stainless steel, titanium, tool steels and many other specialty steels.
